I use different methods and the most effective and appropriate platform, enabling me to conduct in-process evaluation, i.e. identify concepts that students are struggling to understand or skills they are having difficulty acquiring, to clarify, ambiguities (explain incomprehensible concepts), help students identify their strengths and weaknesses and indicate target areas that need work.

I create forms using any and all platforms, enabling students to feedback on all aspects of their learning experiences (e.g., accessibility, clarity and interactivity of the teaching content, quality of the assistance/feedback provided by teaching professionals) using any and all response formats (e.g. dichotomous, Likert and open).

I choose appropriate assessment strategy and technology to support the management and delivery of assessment and enhance traditional assessment practices.

I regularly interact with the students to ensure they are keeping up with the lessons, and work to identify knowledge gaps with shorter online assessments.

I use break out rooms where students can work in groups to help each other understand the lessons, with my support.

I deliver a static lesson but offer group and one to one tutorial for students who are falling behind.

You have decided to encourage peer review between students to help them collaborate with one another. What is your strategy?

I create small break out rooms where students can work with people, they know to discuss ideas and concepts, as well as interactive platforms (such as Menti or Slack) where students can feedback or as questions in real time. I can create online tasks where students can evaluate the work of others against clearly defined evaluation criteria.
